📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash transactions and process pawn agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory of electronics and other items, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using our POS system and other relevant software.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the pawnshop's physical space, ensuring it is clean and customer-friendly.
• Stay updated with local regulations and industry practices to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
