As an Operations & Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our traditional travel agency services. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless customer service, and expanding our market reach through innovative sales strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 5-7 employees, including sales agents and customer service representatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Oversee the booking and reservation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, tour operators, and local service providers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the travel industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales and operations management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of travel industry software and systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar.
