In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You’ll have the chance to work with industry-standard tools such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday, and gain insights into HR best practices in the hospitality sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including completing paperwork, setting up workstations, and orienting new hires to company policies and procedures.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and surveys.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, using tools like BambooHR and Workday.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or internship in HR.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bahasa Indonesia skills are a plus.
