📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions to support financial services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
