📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Launder and iron linens using EzeeLinen to ensure all bedding is freshly prepared for each guest.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including restocking amenities and ensuring a spotless finish.
• Use EzeeClean to manage and track cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Address any guest requests or special cleaning needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously seek ways to improve cleaning standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
• Familiarity with using EzeeClean and EzeeLinen is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
