📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties using high-quality ingredients and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring usage.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for Bali’s culture and a passion for coffee.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
