📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory replenishment and stock rotation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong background in inventory management and distribution.
• Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
