🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dyeing and finishing operations, with a proven track record in leading teams.
• Certification in textile dyeing and finishing processes (e.g., ISO, ITC, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
