As a Beauty Care Assistant in our premium retail locations across Bali, you'll be the heart of our customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.

In this role, you'll work closely with our skilled beauty therapists, providing exceptional customer care, managing product consultations, and ensuring our retail spaces are clean, inviting, and stocked with the latest in ethical beauty. With locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a vibrant, community-focused team that values both personal growth and professional excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with product selection and application.
• Manage retail transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient checkout processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
• Assist beauty therapists with pre- and post-treatment care, including product recommendations and aftercare advice.
• Stock and organize products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are presented professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote our brand values and products, sharing stories of ethical beauty and sustainability with guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with beauty products and skincare, including knowledge of The Body Shop and Monica Hijau Lestari's product lines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Passion for ethical beauty, sustainability, and community engagement.
