Stripe is looking for an experienced Operations Associate to join our Financial Crimes team in Mexico City. This role is crucial in helping us combat financial crimes and maintain compliance with local and international regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough reviews of customer information to identify and report potential financial crimes.,Monitoring transactions and accounts for signs of suspicious activity.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance our financial crime prevention efforts.,Providing support to the team in the investigation and resolution of financial crime cases.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial crime-related activities.,Participating in training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial crime operations role, preferably in a regulated environment.,Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and financial crime prevention strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
