📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess stock.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Work with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into inventory performance and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management processes.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and implement improvements to our inventory management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material control or inventory management.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
