📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and correctly.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area.,Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up tables, cleaning, and restocking.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Recommend menu items to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure during peak service hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery.,Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
