Prople BPO Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Associate to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process payroll for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.,Prepare and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including payroll setup.,Provide payroll-related training and support to employees and clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and systems.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure payroll processes align with company policies and procedures.,Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax laws.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Experience with payroll software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
