📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Bali.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
