📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for our company.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
