📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive client engagement.
• Manage and grow our client portfolio by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Create compelling marketing content for various platforms, including social media, email, and our website.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertising materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant marketing certifications is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
