Lead and manage a team of telesales agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement telesales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.,Train and develop telesales agents, helping them to improve their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
