📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities and processes.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
