📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company's vehicles, and that all drivers are properly trained and certified.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure that the company is operating within budget.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that deliveries and pickups are made on time and in accordance with company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver performance.,Work with the company's IT department to ensure that all fleet management software is up-to-date and functioning properly.,Attend to any fleet-related emergencies or incidents, and work with law enforcement or other agencies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with drivers, managers, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
