PT Sinergi Maha is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This position is based in Tenggarong and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Oversee the driver training and certification process to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor and report on vehicle performance, including mileage, fuel efficiency, and any issues that arise.,Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary safety features and comply with local and national regulations.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing vehicle schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
