📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to ensure optimal levels.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet daily sales targets and objectives.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Understanding of sales strategies and customer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
