As a Civil Construction Estimator Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing project estimates, including cost breakdowns, material and labor requirements, and project timelines. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that our estimates are realistic, competitive, and aligned with project goals. With your expertise in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Project, you will be able to streamline our estimation process and improve overall project efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage project estimates, including cost breakdowns, material and labor requirements, and project timelines.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that estimates are realistic, competitive, and aligned with project goals.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Project to streamline the estimation process and improve overall project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance with project budgets.
• Prepare and present project cost reports to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.
• Ensure that all estimates comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve estimation processes and project outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil construction estimation, with a proven track record of success in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimation principles, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Construction Cost Estimating (CCE) is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required to meet project deadlines and site requirements.
