📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and repair technical issues for users.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Provide technical support to employees and clients.,Update and upgrade systems and software as needed.,Document technical processes and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
