We are looking for a talented and passionate HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.,A valid work permit for Indonesia.
