📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer and cash register systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
