📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including product demonstrations, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints.,Stock and organize merchandise, ensuring the store is well-presented and attractive to customers.,Assist in preparing sales reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Promote products and services to potential customers, both in-store and through various marketing channels.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Good physical condition to handle cashier duties and stock management.
