📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and next steps.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for building a diverse and talented workforce.
