📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of staff for site operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor HR practices and provide feedback to the corporate HR team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific HR programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation for site operations.
• Collaborate with site managers to address HR needs and challenges, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies for site operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a site operations or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
