📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product quality and availability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
